When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. During sales and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Once your order has shipped:
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-8 business days but may take up to 11 business days during busy periods.
- Express delivery takes 2-5 business days.
- International delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

Why isn't my tracking number working?
It can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, email orders@alphabbqwear.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to edit the address or redirect the package. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order.

Can I change the shipping method of my order?
We cannot make changes to the shipping method after an order is placed. Please select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
My order says "delivered," but I haven't received it!
Sometimes, parcels are marked as delivered but may take a few more days to arrive. If your order status says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact orders@alphabbqwear.com so we can help investigate.
My order was marked as "Return to Sender." What do I do?
Orders may be returned to us due to issues like an incorrect address or failure to claim the package. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute orders marked as "Returned to Sender."
If this happens, email orders@alphabbqwear.com for further assistance. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We ship with major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to a variety of international destinations; North America and Europe as our main markets. If your country in not in here use the checkout to see if shipping is available to your country.
Please note that shipping fees and any additional import/custom fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because all our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference. Please be sure to review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Just contact us at orders@alphabbqwear.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We’ll take care of the rest.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering — it’s available on every product page to help you find your best fit.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item.
To recap:
- No returns or exchanges for size or preference
- Replacements only for items with production defects or shipping damage
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues
